The third edition of the fHorum took place yesterday. It is organized by Fundació HiTT, with the support, one more year, of Novartis.
Despite the complicated situation that the pandemic leaves us, we are glad to go forward with this project. A project aimed at creating shared knowledge through the meeting of different experts in the sustainability of the health system.
fHorum is a space of discussion with the will to generate innovative solutions through the discussion and collaboration of professionals in the field.
This edition deals with the approach to chronicity. An issue that poses challenges beyond health. It is a challenge for how chronic diseases are currently being addressed.
An approach that we can determine is still mostly in the hands of primary care, although there are more efficient ways to treat chronicity.
